As Christy Hoppe reports in the Dallas Morning News, five more indictments have been handed down in the case stemming from Tom DeLay's efforts in 2002 Texas legislative races.
DeLay's Texans for a Republican Majority PAC (TRMPAC), is accused of raising corporate money to spend on state candidates, which is against the law in Texas. Three people associated with the PAC have already been indicted. Today's indictments include charges against the Texas Association for Business (TAB), also for using corporate money on legislative races.
